NWL-E responded quickly to an add for work. They gave a competitive quote but their mannerism and professionalism stuck our head and shoulders above the rest. Ahmed’s communication was great throughout after I confirmed I wanted to hire him. He gave a written quote and a provisional booking. He kept me updated with ordering and the quote was a break down too so I knew how much was for what materials and what was fot labour etc. the job itself was fantastic. Neat wiring and cabels. Everything pinned back and done neatly. He checked we were happy before taking on each of the steps and I’m left with a very professional job. Ahmed was prompt in following up in my post about a car charger and called me to describe in detail what was required, video called me to ensure that I would be getting the right charger and whether it could be installed, arrived at the exact time he said he would, installed everything professionally and efficiently and explained everything. Cannot recommend him enough.

I must start by saying I was very pleased and satisfied with *Ahmed* from NWL Electrics from when i completed my search on Barks web page, Ahmed engaged me with a text message and a telephone call within minutes.
He requested additional information to understand exactly what I needed done with possible pictures if I didn't mind. He was simple and clear to talk to with no technical jargons.....
