Absolutely heinous, terrible, rude and disrespectful cleaners. Do not ever book any cleaning jobs/end of tenancy cleans with this company whatsoever. They lie, place the blame on yourself for not cleaning properly beforehand, deliberately miss multiple entire sections of the flat to spite you, then finally demand an exorbitant amount of money for a slipshod terrible job. They did not even accomplish the basics of vacuuming under the rugs, and I had to go out of my way to call them back to sloppily get rid of black marks they themselves left ON MY WALLS!!! They never mopped the floors once either, and I had to do this myself. It was an absolutely terrible decision choosing this bootleg company to do business with. Save yourself from any misfortune, and give your hard-earned money to someone else who can do the job even half-properly. More...

I advised them of the roadworks going on so they were a bit late. But when they arrived they got started working. They didn't pester me with questions and finished in plenty of time.
A professional job was done and I am so happy with the finished work

The NW cleaning team did such a great job and were really pleasant to deal with. Miguel was professional and gave me confidence he knew what he was doing during the initial call.
He took the time to understand my concerns and did a video call to see the flat and give an accurate quote.
On the day, the team arrived on time and finished earlier than planned. They did an exceptional job and I was particularly impressed that the oven looked like new! The limescale and discolouration on the bathroom tiles came off and was also like new. All in all, a top job. I would definitely use their services again.

Unfortunately I haven’t found a good cleaning company as I was either let down by the standards of cleaning or the appalling customer service.
With NW cleaning, they were amazing. Since hurting my wrist, I haven’t been able to clean my property to the standards I used to and needed a company to meet my expectations.
Contacted NW cleaners, received a fast response, Miguel was helpful, reassuring and they came by the next day. I had my oven, bathroom & additional toilet deep cleaned and Gianna did an excellent job. I can finally say I’ve found a company that meets my needs.
I will definitely be recommending NW cleaning to family and friends!
