Stop your search right now for an electrician; Michael is your guy. No, seriously, stop, and hire him. I have never met a tradesman so thorough, so communicative, so personable and with such high standard as Michael. He was such a pleasure to have around the house and always went above and beyond with his work - being tidy, always explaining different options, completely transparent and good vibes all around —. I am lucky to have met him, and I can guarantee you will feel the same way after. Michael fixed the circuit issues in my kitchen, making it much safer. He also had the level hand to install new pendants, and a beautiful set of recessed lighting on the ground floor. Michael is your new go-to electrician. Guaranteed. More...

Michael installed a new circuit in our ground floor, and new lighting for the kitchen and living room. It is often difficult to find someone who cares so much about the quality of their craft, that they are willing to stay until the job is done right. The electrician before him clearly did not do his job right, and Michael fixed it all, making it safer, more efficient and easier to manage— staying late on days until this previous work was up to HIS standard. Which is extremely high. I don't say this often, but he was perfection — constantly checking if things were straight, always asking me for my opinion, and always being super tidy and respectful. Michael truly is a gem and I was extremely happy from the very beginning to the end. Will definitely be hiring Michael for anything in the future. More...

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Michael arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue with my electrical system. He explained everything to me in clear and understandable terms and provided me with a fair and transparent estimate for the work that needed to be done. Throughout the job, Michael was respectful of my home, taking care to clean up after himself and making sure that he didn't leave any mess behind. He worked quickly and efficiently, but never sacrificed quality for speed. When the job was complete, he took the time to walk me through what he had done and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work. He even offered some tips for how I could maintain my electrical system to prevent future issues. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Sure! You may count on me to assist you with remodelling your kitchen. If you need assistance, we may suggest a kitchen design firm. Renovating a kitchen is an exciting job for both you and us, and we are aware of how crucial it is to change both the appearance and usability of your room. I suggest the following actions for you to think about and remember:

Plan and budget: Establish your goals for the renovation and a reasonable spending limit before you begin. Think about things like the design, furnishings, materials, and any extra features you wish to include.

Layout and design: Consider how you want your kitchen to appear and operate. Consider the work triangle idea, which calls for positioning the stove, sink and refrigerator in a triangle to facilitate movement. Find out if you need to make any structural adjustments, including removing or adding walls or shifting electrical and plumbing outlets.

Appliances: Make a decision regarding the appliances you want in your new kitchen. Think about their dimensions, fashion, and energy efficiency. Its beneficial to be aware of the higher KWh of some appliances during the planning process. Make sure they complement your design and spending plan.

Cabinets and storage: Select the style, composition, and colour of your storage cabinets. Choose the setup and layout that best meet your needs. Pull-out shelves, pantry organisers, or a kitchen island with built-in storage are a few other storage choices to think about.

Countertops and backsplash: Choose the colours and materials for your backsplash and countertops. Granite, quartz, marble, tile, and laminate are common choices. Think about things like maintenance requirements, durability, and how they fit in with the overall design.

Flooring: Choose a type of flooring that complements the design and needs of your kitchen. Concrete, hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl are typical options. Think about things like resilience to water and spills, ease of maintenance, and durability.

Lighting: In your kitchen, make sure there is both ambient and task lighting. Consider hanging pendant lights or using recessed lighting for general illumination above work areas like the sink and worktops. To improve visibility add under-cabinet lighting.

Finishing touches: Think about supplemental details like paint colours, cabinet and drawer hardware, and window treatments that go with your concept.

Permits and regulations: We can help with checking to see if you require any permissions or if there are any particular rules we must follow for your kitchen renovation with building regulations.

Finally, always take your time while preparing and look for ideas in journals, online, or home improvement programmes. You should adore your kitchen and it should last you years to come by giving careful thought to your needs and tastes.

Of course, we would love to assist! Bathroom remodelling entails remodelling or modernising a bathroom to raise its appeal, usefulness and worth as a whole. We can assist with everything from modest adjustments like swapping out fixtures and fittings to major overhauls that involve structural improvements. I'd like to suggest the following actions for you to think about and remember:

Planning and Design: Start by visualising the arrangement and style of your perfect bathroom. Think about things like the amount of room you have, your budget, and your particular preferences. If you require the assistance of a qualified designer to develop an effective and eye-catching plan, you might wish to speak with us.

Demolition and Preparation: After designing, we remove tiles, fixtures and other elements from the existing bathroom. This procedure can entail turning off the water supply, unplugging the plumbing, and taking out the old fixtures. Dispose of waste materials in a proper manner.

Plumbing and Electrical Work: We evaluate the current electrical and plumbing systems and make any necessary adjustments or upgrades. This can entail moving plumbing lines, setting up fresh fixtures, replacing electrical wiring, and making sure safety regulations are followed.

Lighting and Ventilation: To create a well-lit and welcoming bathroom, install the appropriate lighting fixtures. Think about using accent, ambient, and task lighting in conjunction. We also make sure there is enough ventilation to keep the air clean and prevent mould.

Fixtures and Fittings: We put in brand-new bathroom sinks, vanities, faucets, toilets, bathtubs and shower enclosures. We suggest selecting materials that are both useful and aesthetically pleasing. If you want to use less water, you might want to think about energy-efficient choices.

Flooring and Wall Finishes: Using the materials of your choice, such as tiles, vinyl, or hardwood, in accordance with your preferences and spending limit. To enhance the overall design, we implement the style.

Storage and Organisation: To keep toiletries and other necessities organised, we would have to include storage options like cabinets, shelves, or built-in niches during the design phase. At this point, we install them to make the best use of the available space and take inventive storage solutions into consideration.

Finishing Touches: Finally, we add finishing touches to the bathroom to improve its overall look and utility, such as mirrors, extras, towel racks and ornamental components.

Keep in mind that our specialist services can help you through the entire process by offering advice, knowledge, and assurance that the renovation is carried out effectively and safely.
