I bought a house that Frank had overhauled for one of his previous clients in Sunbury (loft and rear extension and modernisation of the whole house).

The house is fantastic, and the design and drawings that he recently provided to me are thorough and professional. My friend is a structural engineer, and remarked that the design pack is similar to multi-million pound industrial projects - rare for a domestic house. More...

Frank has delivered a project that fully met the brief in renovating our Victorian terrace home. From the original discussions through the various stages of drawings, the planning process, build and all the challenges that came our way Frank has been receptive and responsive to questions and requests.

We wanted to bring the outside in and the architecture has absolutely delivered that, we now have a light filled space that showcases the garden from our rear of the property kitchen. The loft conversion also offers great light and views out over the surrounding hills and fields as well as the extra space and rooms we needed. Agim lead the build and he and his team were great to work with, always seeking to provide the best solution and quality of finish possible.

Novate (and partner AV construction ) designed and built us a single story extension , adding in an extra kitchen diner and downstairs ensuite, plus some re decoration of existing rooms . I’m totally happy with how the build went . The design is fantastic, and Frank came up with ideas I would not have thought of . The builders were kind , professional , worked incredibly hard and everything from foundations to fit out was done in less than 3 months . And we were in the house the whole time !
