Nitin Hirani was recommended by a friend and called him for our planning permission application for rear further rear extension and large out house in the garden. Having called another architect before who said that we won't be granted permission for further rear extention because of some technical issues and the builder also said it would be a waste of money for the application .
Having asked Mr Hirani to look into and he said it would be possible so he applied for the further rear extention and the out building application together.
