Very easy to use website to get a quote. This was followed up with a call from the local branch by a guy called Joe who couldn't be more helpful. I arrived late in the day to do the paperwork at 17:55 (the manned office closes at 6pm). Joe was very accommodating, staying late to process everything so that I could get my gear stored away, he definitely went the extra mile on customer service. I messaged these guys very last minute and they got back to me and arranged to move the item needed straight away. I needed a sofa collected and dropped off to my house, they loaded the van before I even got there which was a nice surprise. The sofa was an awkward shape and after trying to get it through the front door they took it round the back and got it in for me. What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people. Moving house is one of the most stressful thing you will do and it’s just so pleasing when I can take some of that stress away and you can worry about others thing and have pease of mind that you living it with someone you can trust
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working for other people who was in the same business as we are doing and thinking I could do this so much better and make a real difference to this person and make sure that it all gos as planed. Money comes 2nd to the peace of mind that I have done the best job I can do and you the customer feel happy

There are so many removal companies around but you will not get the level of service from them then you would with us. The small things all add up.
