How long have you been in business?
My family have been builders for three generations, I am 60 years old and have 40 years practical experience in renovations work.
What guarantee does your work come with?
All my work is guaranteed to be done right, using the right materials and I have no issues with setting right anything that has gone wrong with works I have carried out. This as yet has not happened because I am at pains to ensure we agree a schedule of works and my clients are regularly imformed about progress and involved to ensure we are meeting agreed standards.
What do you love most about your job?
Breathing new life into tired homes, being appreciated for the work involved in turning plans into reality. I have a good imagination and can see past what is to what can be. I love making that happen for people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to work at a time to suit me and my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am experienced, reliable, consultative and have a positive outlook. I will not quote low and then add later, the quote is the quote and rarely do i charge extra at completion.
This sometimes happens where clients add additional works as I am working, but is agreed at that time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am acutely aware of my responsibilities when working with the public, particularly when working with my more elderly clients.
