Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Neonclean will provide their own cleaning products and equipment. This is to prevent any cross contamination whilst we are still dealing with the Covid pandemic. However, If you have specific products or equipment that you wish us to use, please discuss this on your initial consultation.
What do you love most about your job?
All our cleaners at Neonclean love making your home a place to come home too, smelling fresh and a delight to be in. Our aim is to take away all the stress of having to do the cleaning yourself, so you can sit back and relax and put your feet up. All our cleaners ensure that all tasks are carried out to an exceptional standard, and take great pride in their work. We want all of our clients to be happy with the service that we have provided.

We do not provide online services as we like to meet our clients in person, to enable us to offer the correct level of service to each individual clients requirements.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our staff wear masks when carrying out tasks, they adhere to safe working distances as per government guidelines, if a customer is at the premises then it is agreed between parties how the cleaning is carried out, such as the customer will not be in the same room, or upstairs when the cleaner is downstairs etc. Aprons and hand sanitizers are always carried by the cleaners, and gloves are worn when cleaning and changed throughout to avoid cross contamination. Hand washing is done at regular intervals and if staff are showing any symptoms of covid they are to contact management immediately and measures will be put in place and the relevant people informed. Regular covid tests are encouraged and all staff fully understand the safe working practices under covid.
Residential Cleans
Each individuals' needs are unique and at Neonclean we empower this. Our services are tailored to meet your needs and we leave your home looking beautiful and smelling divine. Our cleaning services for a standard clean can be.... hoovering and dusting all rooms, cleaning surfaces and washroom facilities for bathrooms and kitchens. Or this might be an initial deep clean so, furnishings, skirting boards, doors, light fittings, appliances, changing beds etc.
De-cluttering Service
We are now offering a bespoke De-cluttering Service which might include:
Getting rid of junk to free up space in the home,
Clearing all flat surfaces to be kept clean,
Designated areas for Clutter to go,
Specialist Storage Containers,
Making use of Underutilized Storage Spaces.
We will meet you to discuss your ideas and to assist with your full requirements to help us assist with this great service.
Commercial Cleaning
Neonclean provides services to all Commercial contracts. All our cleaners deliver an outstanding cleaning service, they come into the corporate environment with an effective manner leaving as soon as we are satisfied that everything is perfect, smelling fresh and clean. We can offer each job a choice for one member of staff to keep it clean on a daily, weekly or bi-monthly basis instead of needing an entire team of workers to get the job done or Vice Versa. All our cleans are directed to each of our clients individual needs.
