The key to any successful website is creating a fluid, intuitive and enjoyable experience for the user. As well as being attractive, it is essential that the user is working towards an objective on your website.

Communication. Listening is key, finding as much information about the objective of my clients so I can understand their objectives. I will then work creatively and collaboratively through the process until that objective is achieved.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
It's always best to get to know clients to understand what they need and what they are looking to achieve from their business. A brief describing what the job involves is important and any technical information which may be relevant.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to work with different clients and believe ideas are the lifeblood of design.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked at agencies for over 12 years I felt I could deliver a more agile, customer-focused service for my clients.
