Gutter Cleaning
The new gutter fitted were leaking on first rain after a week and I texted Jonathan personally, he promised but never come to fix the issue.
It has been more than 2 months now I left message and spoke several times with the lady at office receptionist but no-one returns my calls.
Jonathan promised to send invoice, guarantee papers after payment but never received it.
Very disappointed!!!!!!

Roof Repair
Would never use this company again. Original job was to replace guttering but the list soon grew and we were happy for Tim and his team to complete the required work at the time. However the finished job is sub-standard, the sofits, facias and guttering they installed have not been fitted well, and they’re not straight. They did not remove the old sofits, fitting the new one on top of the old, no wonder it's not straight! Tim is full of it, he explains what they're going to do then they do something else. Had them paint the house, when we discussed the painting Tim said they would scrape the areas where the paint is peeling and patch it with some sort of filler, but they didn't. Tim showed us the 'Dulux' brand paint he would use but they actually used Valspar. They cleaned the roof which made a mess but did not clean up after, we had to insist on them cleaning but they had already removed the scaffolding so had to clean the debris left all over the conservatory by leaning out of the bedroom window above, it wasn't cleaned properly. They left 2 rubbish bags on top of my neighbour's extension and caused damage to one of my windows when a tool was dropped from the roof. Tim promised to return to finish some painting and clean up properly but they never did. Tim was barely onsite the 2nd week they were here as by that time they had received the majority of our money. During one of his absences, I witnessed 2 of the team go across the road and urinate behind a hedge rather than knock the door and ask to use the toilet! They used my recycle box as a bin, it was full of moss and debris, when I pointed it out to Tim it went missing. It was returned completely broken. We spent an obscene amount of money with this company but the lack of quality and all the other issues have left us feeling completely ripped off! We are still waiting for paperwork for the work they did 3 months on, we were promised invoices and a 15 year guarantee but have not received anything at all. Not sure how they can guarantee such shoddy work though. They promised 100% satisfaction guarantee and kept saying that is their company’s policy and when we said we were not happy with the end result, Tim then decided we had to deal with the office. During the 2 weeks they were here he constantly said just to deal with him but now we’re being told to call the office, I have texted him personally several times and he has ignored all my messages, not even giving me a courtesy response. I have also called the office several times and left messages for the owner, no-one returns our calls, steer clear of this company. You will be disappointed!!!!!! More...
