What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love it when during a meet up and going through some techniques, I see that spark, that light bulb, that flicker in the clients eyes and face when they realise that it doesn't need to be hard, it can be achieved and it's going to be exciting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started many years ago as a manager when I was introduced to a new way of motivating the teams with the use of positive coaching and the beauty of NLP. I was taught by my boss at the time Lee Lawson who has gone on to become an internationally recognised leader in the coaching world.
I saw so many managers who had been taught to rule by fear rather than lead by individual motivation, what makes each member of the team tick and to make the workplace rewarding.
I made it a mission to get as many managers as possible to lead in this way and whichever company took me on as a coach, this is what I did with fantastic results.
I made it all about the mindset.....
When I suffered my own illness and disabilities, it was this experience that gave me the mindset to get back on my feet.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been there. I have not just learned all the techniques out a book and then claim to be an expert. I have been through the mill. I have also used my mindset to defy all odds of surviving to build a fantastic jewellery business from start up to international award winning business while living with mental health issues and disabilities.
I do not dwell on the past, I use the past as a teaching tool that spurs me on to achieve each goal I set myself.
I do not use dream land techniques, only techniques and plans that work in the real world.
