RIBA PLAN OF WORK STAGE- 00 STRATEGIC DEFINITION:
This involves an initial free Architect's consultation at the project site, in order to establish the client’s requirements, budget and to study site conditions and to determine best approach for the project.
RIBA PLAN OF WORK STAGE- 01 PREPARATION AND BRIEFING:
An initial report with clients finalized requirements, possible design strategy and site study is prepared.
RIBA PLAN OF WORK STAGE- 02 CONCEPT DESIGN:
A number of initial concept sketches are prepared and shared with the client. Having understood clients liking, one of the preferred scheme is developed into a complete concept design presentation.
RIBA PLAN OF WORK STAGE- 03. SPATIAL COORDINATION:
Approved concept further developed in schematic level drawings. This stage includes any planning submission that may be required. By the end of this stage the we are in position to understand the final outcome of the project and how it will look.
RIBA PLAN OF WORK STAGE- 04 TECHNICAL DESIGN:
The main body of work for this stage is the Building Regulations submission. The local authority will assess the compliance of the scheme with the regulations, including information prepared separately by your appointed Structural Engineer. Depending on the client’s procurement route preference and project size and complexity, we assist our clients in getting appropriate contractor onboard via single source procurement or open bidding process.
RIBA PLAN OF WORK STAGE- 05. CONSTRUCTION:
We offer project management and top supervision services to our clients if needed.
