Collection of furniture was booked for a Saturday 12 noon. One of the men contacted me on the day of collection asking if I could bring the time forward an hour - this was more convenient for me.
The 2 men arrived early as agreed . They were polite and very good workers. No problems with either collection or delivery. Both were very careful and took their time.
On delivery , one of two wardrobes was going to prove too big to move around the top of the staircase so I asked if they could dismantle it for me. I did pay extra for this service but again they were both very careful. The two lads were subcontracted for the job but I don't see that as a problem. Would use this firm again .

The team sent to move my elderly sister with learning difficulties were very good and very patient with her. They showed great understanding when she kept interfering with the move, as it was quite an ordeal for her moving from a 3rd floor flat to a ground floor one, it took just a morning to do as they were very quick and very efficient she was settled in her new place by early afternoon. rang up on Wednesday to arrange a pick up on Saturday was kept informed of time of pickup they even dealt with customer directly so no hassle to me bed arrived and they even took it upstairs to room excellent customer service and reasonable price

The boys showed patience for a job that turned out to be more difficult than originally thought, my basement flat, with a turn in the stairs and the worlds largest sofa did not defeat them nor make them lose their temper, and the price stayed the same!! Very friendly
