They have recently sold two of my properties in West Reading. They recommended good local solicitors -Harrisons and BDB Pitmans and kept me in touch with progress along the way from viewings to arranging surveys and letting me know as and when they heard from my buyers. Highly recommend

I would definitely recommend the team at Mr Sales & Lettings. This was not our first selling of a home or dealings with an estate agency, but it was the first time we really felt we were supported and surrounded by a team who knew their business and were genuinely passionate about client care. They have always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. I have used Mr Sales and Lettings for just over 3 years now and have moved twice within that time. Both times they have been brilliant, from start to finish. When I first moved, I didn't have a clue where to start and Rhiannon was extremely helpful in going through the paperwork with me and helping me with every little thing involved with moving. I had a couple of small issues with the first property but they were resolved so quickly and efficiently by the team that I can honestly say I've never had a 'problem'. Unfortunately I had to move due to my own circumstances changing however Caitlan was extremely helpful and took time in finding me a new property which met my requirements and again could not fault the service from start to finish. I’ve worked with Mr Sales and Lettings for more than 3 years and my overall experience has been highly positive. Being a remote landlord, my key needs are being able to trust the team on the ground to be my eyes and ears, taking away my need to think about letting & managing the properties on a regular basis. The team consistently meet my expectations on this as well as being proactive and transparent in all they do. With everyone I interact with at the company there’s a sense of wanting to do a great job with a caring, personal attitude. They consistently find me good tenants who pay on time and look after the properties. When there are maintenance issues to fix, they’ll let me know, provide photos and usually have a ready-to-go range of solutions from which I can choose. That’s really rare in my experience. I wish I had more properties they could look after for me . I’ve already recommended Mr Sales and Lettings to other landlords and would have no hesitation in doing so again. More...
