Excellent response, 7 mins only elapsed between query & phone call. There were a couple of issues when answering the computer's AI but that was soon resolved when I actually spoke to a person and then organised the work and arranged a time to carry it out.

MOVE IT, BUILD IT NATIONWIDE were very easy to contact and a pleasure to deal with. The price was fully explained and I knew exactly how much I'd be paying. On the day of the move Scott and Sarah arrived 45 minutes early which was perfect for me and they were both very friendly and a credit to the company. The furniture was loaded and unloaded off the van with care and the job in total took about an hour. Hopefully I won't be moving again for a while but if I do I'll definitely use them again.
