I went to see Sue because I had some issues that were holding me back in my work.
She helped me from our very first session to reduce my feelings of anxiety and start to tackle my imposter syndrome. I have made massive steps in being much more confident at work and I felt a huge difference after just one session! Even my partner commented on how much calmer and in control I seem!

Sue is so kind and understanding and really put me at ease from the very moment we met - I can’t thank her enough.
I would recommend anyone go and see her and have already sent some friends her way!

We saw Sue for 6 weeks of Couples and Relationship Counselling after going through a tricky time. We had forgotten how to communicate effectively and were taking each other for granted. I wouldn’t really normally write a review when it comes to my anxiety and headspace but I felt like I absolutely had to as sue helped me so much! I suffer with GAD generalised anxiety disorder and never thought that it would change. I met sue and instantly she made me feel comfortable and calm. We went through different techniques and got to root of why! I have never ever been so free from anxiety and I’ve tried everything. I couldn’t believe how well it worked that I then moved onto hypnosis to stop my smoking that was severe habit that was attached to my anxiety. After loosing my dad to lung cancer I was desperate to try anything with an open mind. I had only 3 sessions and I never smoked again. Still shell shocked that it worked so well. My life has completely changed and now nothing holds me back. I’ve recommended her to other people that also have anxiety and they have also been shocked how well it’s worked. I have worked with many different Fears and Phobias from spiders to fear of becoming pregnant. During Covid-19 Pandemic I worked with many people helping them to manage their Needle Phobias.
I fuse Hypnotherapy, counselling, psychotherapy, and NLP techniques to help people overcome their Fears and Phobias.
I do not use Aversion or Exposure Therapy

Most couples can benefit from Therapy to improve communication, overcome obstacles, and maintain a healthy relationship.
Counselling can provide support if you’re working through specific issues within your relationship, such as infidelity, substance abuse, or infertility.
I use Person Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy as a framework, bringing together the skills of being non judgemental, empathic, honest and have positive regard for each person to help the couple to achieve a positive agreement.

I offer a 6 week Rekindle Relationship Course, where you will learn to:-
* listen and understand,
* learn more about each other's needs and boundaries,
* communicate better,
* improve and strengthen friendship, mutual support, bonding and intimacy,
* identify relationship issues and terminate dysfunctional behaviour,
* resolve conflicts,

Many people experience feelings of Anxiety & Stress at some point in their life. In fact, In 2017, 74% of people felt so stressed they have been overwhelmed or unable to cope.
Many young people are currently finding life very difficult and the COVID lock down did not help their anxieties.
I work with Clients to find coping mechanisms that really work for them, ultimately enabling them to manage and lower their anxiety and stress levels.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a form of Psychotherapy that helps to process and recover from past experiences that are affecting your mental health and wellbeing. It involves using side to side eye movements combined with talk therapy in a specific and structured format.
EMDR Therapy combined with Hypnotherapy and EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) is great for Resolving Trauma, PTSD and CPTSD.

Everybody experiences Anger from time to time, as it’s a normal human emotion and there is a place and a time for it. Uncontrolled Anger is a different matter which can result in significant health effects such as high blood pressure and increased risk of heart disease, as well as social disharmony among partners, family members, friends, and colleagues.

The goal of anger management therapy is to help pin point Anger triggers and then reduce both feelings and the physiological arousal that anger causes. Learning coping strategies will help to control reactions.

Anger often goes hand-in-hand with other problems, such as post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, or addiction problems. Those conditions can be managed at the same time.

Therapy - I use Person Centred Counselling plus CBT, Assertiveness training, inner child work and Hypnotherapy.

Twice a year I offer a 10 week Anger Management Group Sessions which can also prove very cost effective

Clinical Hypnotherapy is very different to stage Hypnosis. It is believed that in hypnosis, we accept therapeutic change at an unconscious level and so helps us to achieve our aims quickly and thoroughly. The advantage to the subject is to dramatically reduce time spent in therapy. add to this the intervention of modern techniques within the therapeutic relationship, and we can understand the success and popularity of this approach to change.
Currently combining Cognitive Behavioural hypnotherapy is a cutting edge, very popular powerful technique to help with a wide range of both emotional issues and physical ailments.
