The exemplary service from Mark & his team helped solve a unique removal gig whereby I was orchestrating a local Hull-based move, remotely, from the USA. Right from when I first made contact to ask for a quote the communication has been excellent and the pricing was clear and reasonable. Can't fault the service at all. Had a couple of jobs for the lads, both were really competitively priced and communication between myself and Mark was second to non, honestly they're brilliant. Had a big house move to do, Carl and Mikey came for the job- those lads worked HARD! Never known anything like it. We have two young kids and at times I felt they were getting in the way but the lads were brilliant with them too. When it came down to deciding on who to book to assist in my house move I did not hesitate to contact Monster move. I remembered what a pleasant, professional job they did in simply fetching a sofa for me two years ago so I mentally made a note for any future need of their assistance. This time round again they exceeded expectations, the move wasn't the easiest as I am two storeys up and yet Mark and his team kept it professional, friendly and efficient. I can't recommend these guys enough. Friendly, yet professional, they were cheerful, relaxed and straightforward. I corresponded with Mark over email who gave me a quote and advice as to what I might need. The price was competitive and accurate and the service personal - really made you feel that you were important to the business. Mark arranged 4 chaps and two vans to move my belongings and they even dismantled and re-assembled some larger wardrobes to make the move easier.I can't remember how I found them (google search I suspect), but I'm really glad I did. Despite short notice Mark & his guys managed to fit our move between existing jobs (including the people buying the house we were leaving! ). This meant a 7am start, but this was not a problem. The van turned up bang on time and the guys (Sean & Andy) got stuck in. We had so much to move that they called a second crew in!Must say that everyone of them was a star, despite some difficulties due to solicitors delaying everything, we finally got moved in.I cannot recommend these guys enough, especially Sean & Andy who worked relentlessly on the hottest day of the year so far.Many many thanks Mark & Monstermove. Mark and his team provided a superb service from beginning to end. We moved from Hull to Leicestershire last summer. They packed everything we hadn't already packed, loaded 2 vans and completed the move in one day, including a piano and a very heavy futon bed. All this on an unbelievably hot day. The team ended up lying on the front lawn of our new house and somehow maintained a great sense of humour throughout, never complaining once. I wish there were more stars to rate Monstermove UK. We have used this company twice now. The first time we thought they were great so we went back to them. The second time was last week. Mark Bell is a fantastic, genuine person. He goes above and beyond what you would expect from a removal company. Nothing is too much for him. The service itself is fantastic. They take great care with everything they move. So often you get people who do things just because it is their job. This is not the case with Mark Bell. He genuinely cares about the work he does and his customers. He has a fantastic personality that very quickly you feel like you have known him forever. This time he had a new guy with him. We moved from hull to Beverley on Friday 13th may . The men turned up just before 9, they were polite, courteous, helpful. Straight to task, and packed the lorry in record time. They were careful, considerate and there was no damage to our possessions due to their careful packing. At the other end they placed our possessions in all the right rooms. Asking where we wanted things to go. Due to a very nasty illness, I wasn't able to help my husband move, these guys made everything so much easier. They were totally amazing. A great big thank you from the family, as our house was up and running within 12 hours. One very happy little boy, who hates change was able to settle in quickly and loves his new house.
