My partner & I have just completed on our first home - Justine has been our mortgage advisor through the whole process and we can’t speak highly enough of her! She’s everything we could want/need and more, she goes above and beyond in all aspects to make sure the process is as stress-free as possible and that we got the best outcome possible for us. She really invests into you & truly wants the best for you, from the first call/meeting and throughout. Everything is thoroughly explained, in simple language making it easier to understand. Our offer & mortgage was sorted quickly and efficiently making sure we were getting the best lender/rate possible for us. When the rate with our lender decreased she immediately called me to say we were able to switch rates, which she did the same day! We can call/email/text her at any time of day and she’s always there to put our mind at ease. No question is too small or stupid. She’s open to have meetings at your house, at the office or on phone which is great, immediately felt comfortable and at ease with her, she’s so lovely, warm, caring & kind and full of knowledge & expertise. She’ll also be there for us throughout our mortgage and we won’t want to use anyone else in future when we come to remortgage, or for selling/buying, anything! I cannot talk highly enough of Moneysprite. If you have any mortgage questions along with supporting services (income protection, life cover etc), give Moneysprite your first chance and you will not be dissapppointed. This is the second time i've used them and Josh Stathem exceeded what was already a 5 star experience with my first mortgage from Katrina. I had a bit of a tricky situation to navigate for both mortgages but even more so with my second.
