I have never been so disappointed and let down by a company. I booked these guys 1 month in advance, they were booked in for a 2 day removals, (5 hours) for my business which is due to open tommorow, I was called by Jay, the owner the previous day and advised that he cannot complete the work on that day, as his driver was not available due to some personal circumstances, he then agreed he would get me in on a Saturday 30th Jan, I agreed and he said he would get to me by 5pm, he cancelled by text, saying his driver is delayed, I then reluctantly agreed that he helps me do the move today 31st January, where he said he will be with me for 3pm, I was waiting till 5pm, when he texts to say he will be 1 hour, shortly followed by a text saying his battery is dead, i cannot take this business seriously, you have cost me time and energy and a lot of money, waiting around, and the service is appalling, I would seriously NOT recommend this company to anyone, I have had to resort to arranging a self hire van, with another company now. You have been warned. “complete waste of time and effort” More...

These guys really know what they are doing. They’re careful, speedy, and polite. Would 100% hire them again!

We have booked them for our big move to the new house. They did not show up.. called few times when finally picked up the phone informed us “oh our Van is broke in the garage we tried to let you know yesterday but did not answer “ basically they called once on Sunday without leaving the voice mail no text no email…. Hi, We tried contacting you a number of times to update you in regards to the van, it kept going to voicemail we did leave a voice note. When we did get through to you we explained the situation and even tried helping you to find another company to do the move. I left you texts but you didnt respond. It was just unfortunate as we didn’t expect the van to break down at such busy times. I do apologise for the inconvience caused to your move which was for september.

Great customer service guys were super fast moving my items wrapped everything and secured it I've never seen a company like this with outstanding service and great phone manners to would recommend to all my family. Thanks

Fantastic guys, really helpful, down to earth & can have a laugh with them. Moved from a 2nd floor flat into a house so was a lot of work for the guys up & down the stairs & some heavy items but they did a fantastic job.

Will most definitely be using them again if we decide to move or even for single item removal use I’ll be calling these guys.

Jay at Pure Removals was responsive to me from the beginning and accommodating when we had to push back our first moving date by 4 days to 25th June. Pure Removals service was excellent. My move was effortless thanks to the two guys who efficiently packed my belongings neatly into the van, using ties and dust covers, completing in under the allocated time. The guys he sent were brilliant however Jay is a MONEY HUNGRY LIAR we booked last minute and he said it would normally be £300/400 but would do for £250 and that they would stay until the job was done. 4pm came said the job was bigger than they thought and had to leave for another job. He probably wasn’t expecting another job to come in after us so screwed us by leaving us in the lurch so he could fit the other job in and then wanted to charge us £175 to come the next day to finish the job!

If I could give the guys who came a separate rating I would give them 5* and Jay 0 stars. More...

The quote i provided you with was based on the items you told me need moving which are “ a sofa, 2 arm chairs, 2 king beds, 2 cot beds, 5 hanging rails and a wardrobe, a few items in garage” The items werent packed when the lads got there, they had to take things slow so you can finish your packing. We had another job booked before i spoke to you. We waited around for you and done as much as we could for you guys to make your move as smooth as possible considering you weren’t prepared to move also you didnt mention anything about boxes and so many other items, there was alot more in the house than you mentioned to me. I do apologise on our behalf if a mistake was made. Just to let you know you need to pack prior to your move and not on the day if you do move again.

for weeks I was searching for a removals company I came across quite a few but jay from pure removals just made it so simple for me from booking to getting the job done it was a smooth ride with no stress the porters were professional and handled my belongings with care with no damage which was a bonus as in the past I’ve had bad experience with certain companies who were late and damaged my goods and with no remorse over all it’s a thumbs up from me and I will be using them again .

Pure Removals moved me from my second floor flat to my new hone some 250 miles away.
The quote was very competitive, customer service from booking and all the way through excellent and straight forward.
They arrived on time and raring to go. The removal chaps were polite, friendly and helpful, and took great care loading and transporting my possessions - I had a few precious pieces of furniture which they were very diligent of.
Overall a very efficient and hassle free experience, where nothing was too much trouble for them.
