Mo'Living has managed my portfolio for the last two years and I couldn't speak more highly of them, and the service they provide. I was looking for an agent which would afford me a totally hands off approach, as I spend most of my time out of London.
They take care of everything, and my tenants are also happy with the quality of service from Mo'Living, who always respond promptly to any issue.

I spent nearly 8 years working for another property management company where I built up a great rapport with our clients and tenants, so I decided to build a business focusing exclusively on the quality of our customer service.

We only mange a limited number of properties, so we can give our landlords and tenants the best, most personal service, unrivalled in the industry.

There are a limited number of services we can offer online, such as arranging viewings via our network of high street letting agents and communicating with our clients and tenants online.

Services

Full letting service through our network of local high street agents - this includes managed viewings, strict vetting of tenants, check in and check out inventory, deposit registration, and ensuring that all compliance issues are up to date.
Management includes all call out charges, maintenance issues, renewals of safety certificates - all included in our 15% letting and management fee
