We started out 8 years ago in block management cleaning, we have now expanded to over 40 ongoing cleaning contracts in residential blocks and offices in Kent, the surrounding counties and London. We also offer End of Tenancy Cleans, Office, Commercial & Carpet cleaning.

My comment is: Never use MKC.
In the beginning, we confirmed the booking for a time slot of our cleaning. Then we started planning the moving schedule and do the arrangements.
However, eight days later, they text us saying that their workers could not work on that day and have to re-schedule. That screwed up my whole plan. Why could they confirm our booking and not to tell us earlier?
At the re-scheduled day, they have sent two people to my apartment to do the job. The toilet cleaning job was awful. There were water stains on the shower screen glass and shower tub, and they claimed that it couldn’t be removed in one go. My friend and I went to B&Q, asked around and bought a cleaner. We did the shower screen glass and shower tub for 30 minutes and all stains were gone. The toilet bowl stain was a hard one I agreed, however, MKC’s people didn’t even give it a try to clean it.
The worst part of the company was that they did break every single promise they made. In the beginning, they agreed to give a check list on what have been done. I didn’t receive it. They agreed to give us a receipt with their company’s name on it. I didn’t receive it.
They did receive and reply to the text messages. However, after they have taken my money, they said we should not text them during off business hours. After that message, they never reply to us anymore. It has been five weeks since. Ther was no reply from them.
Right now, the landlord claimed me for more deep clean again.
Never use MKC for your apartment cleaning job. They just take your money, do an awful job, and go away.

End of Tenancy Cleaning
Very friendly service on the face of it but not very thorough cleaning despite it being an end of tenancy/new home clean. Disputed many aspects of what would and would not be covered despite being sent photos and floor plans beforehand and discussions . Claimed many areas cleaned but in actual fact not. Arrived over 2 hours late and then claimed could not clean properly as furniture from removals had to be moved in whilst waiting for them. I never leave negative reviews but in this instance feel this should serve as a warning for others. More...

Biyun wanted us to do 3-days of unpaid work in order to not receive a bad review and an underpayment. This situation isn't something we've come across in nearly 10 years of cleaning people's homes. We have completed everything agreed with client as well as unpaid extras such as upholstery cleaning to keep Biyun happy, but were still asked to do more to not get a bad review and to receive full payment. We simply can't take down dozens of chandeliers and hand clean them as this type of job would also require an electrician. We were also not asked to undertake this task beforehand so couldn't possibly have been prepared for this. Please keep supporting us and see our other reviews. We really do try hard to keep our customers happy.

We do. Any equipment or cleaning products needed will be included in the quote we provide.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired after living in a block of apartments and seeing how bad the standards were from other cleaning companies. I knew we could do a better job and 8 years later we have proven that right and are growing consistently each year.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We now clean inside with masks and gloves on. We also finish each private residence clean with a steam or disinfect of each room we have finished cleaning before we leave.
End of tenancy
We use specialist tools and cleaning products to achieve stunning results. We clean thoroughly through the whole property. This includes paying close attention to the smaller details many would often miss. Think of it as a home revamp, we restore youth by applying efforts to door handles, skirting boards, light switches, plug sockets, door frames, window frames, watermarks on taps, even underneath and on top of the cupboard units where nobody would ususally clean. COVID-19 Cleans and Fogging
Fogging, as the term suggests, uses disinfectant sprayed from a Fogging machine to create what looks like fog in the room. It is an effective way to disinfect high levels of horizontal surfaces, hard to reach areas that are often missed or forgotten as well as small, confined spaces such as extractor units. It can also be effective at disinfecting vertical surfaces.
The disinfectants we use have demonstrated effectiveness against the Coronavirus strains. ULV fogging disinfectant that kills 99.999% of pathogens. BS EN 14476 certification means the cleaning product contains antiviral ingredients and is required to kill viruses including Poliovirus, Norovirus, Influenza A and Adenovirus. The particles are so small that they remain suspended in the air long enough to kill both air born and surface based viruses and bacteria. It is far-reaching so eliminates pathogens in hard to reach places; ceilings, walls, crevices as we as furniture, floors and equipment, leaving them safe to use. All area’s that have been treated need to left for minimum of 6 hours.
Generally, Fogging should be viewed as an additional, belt and braces measure that is used following successful cleaning and disinfection practices. This technique should be regarded as the top-level measure for disinfection and should not be considered as a replacement for cleaning & disinfection practices.
As well as fogging we also offer general COVID cleaning. As the name suggests this is a clean of a business or a home that wants to be as virus-free as possible to help stop the spread of the virus. We disinfect all surfaces and touchpoints. However, some areas can only be reached by fogging.
