5 out of 5 service from start to finish!! Mark was lovely in the shop and gave me great advice on carpet for the stairs/landing and vinyl flooring for my passage/downstairs cupboard. Mark came on time to my house to measure up and kept to his word when I would get the quote. Quote was great and so reasonable. Explained exactly how much every part of my order would be and left me with the quote no pressure. I had a think and went back to pay for my carpet and vinyl flooring. Booked my date which had to be changed due to work but no issues and the fitting was today!! Amazing!! Thanks to Mark and the team we are one happy family!! We have had just a great experience from showroom to the fitting with MJM Flooring. We got fantastic advice when choosing our carpet and there was so much choice in colour/style of carpet. 5 * service. Stair carpet laid wrapping the bullnose of the tread as requested, not the 'normal' way. Trim detailing perfect as we had entrance matting fitted too. What a great service from start to finish! I chose to get my carpets here for the personal service I was offered when I got a quote. It was not my only quote but I felt like I got the best customer service from Mark and I felt comfortable choosing MJM based on the reviews. I was impressed how he went out of his way to bring me samples to look at when I couldn't get to the shop and the communication thereafter via text to confirm details and keep me updated was another plus point. Visited the shop where there was loads of choice. Mark suggested measuring the house first then coming back in for a price after. We had 3 bedrooms, hall stairs and landing fitted, over two separate fittings that we chose to suit what we were doing to the house.
