How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
They should hire a competent building surveyor and subsequent to initial technical survey of loft by experienced building surveyor, decision can be made related to suitability of type of conversion and the options at hand in consultation with architect and structure engineer. Nonetheless the Owner need to make sure that conversion is permissible by local borough council prior to any other decision.
