Nick was a huge support to us during our complicated and stressful build. He helped alleviate the stress of dealing with the contractors and helped us to understand each stage of the process by using clear and uncomplicated language. He was always professional in his dealings with us, and the contractors, and his warm and approachable manner made us feel reassured at all times.
