Millers Alarm have been servicing our home alarm system for many years and we have always been very pleased with the prompt and courteous service given. On deciding to have CCTV installed at our home we contacted them and during the survey of our house a number options were discussed and clearly explained. It was clear that Matt was looking to provide us with what we wanted and at no time were we pressured into unnecessary "extras". The quotation given was clear and itemised all the work to be carried out.The installation was carried out very efficiently and cleanly by two engineers and the resulting installation is unobstrusive and meets our requirements perfectly. We were given clear instructions on how the system operates and are extremely pleased with the final result. The final invoice was as per the original quotation. Since Millers installed the alarm system 25 years ago they have continued to provide an excellent reliable service with an annual maintenance contract. Paul the engineer has come for over twelve years, punctual, working cleanly with his own shoe protectors. Punctual, polite friendly team came to do the installation. They left everything clean and tidy. From quote to actually doing the work - I can't fault them. I really appreciated the guidance he gave on what he believed I needed - not putting numerous sensors in unnecessarily and increasing the cost. No pressure selling or chasing. When he came to look around he said if I wanted the work doing I should contact them on receipt of the quote - he wouldn't be chasing me for a response. Millers Alarms were prompt and courteous whilst attending my alarm and well house trained, he took his shoes off before walking on any carpets. This is the first time I have used them and it will not be the last, I had my alarm disabled whilst building works was ongoing and now it is updated and fully functional with minimal cost. I was impressed with Millers solutions which was not to sell me a completely new system, but to try and keep costs down where they could and re-use as much of my current alarm system as possible.
