I offer 1:1 Reformer Pilates classes. A Reformer is a bed-like frame with a moving carriage and springs. The springs can be adjusted to different skill levels and body types. Suitable for beginners upwards. It's perfect for those looking to tone up, improve posture, address a problem area like aching shoulders or back, train for a particular sport or for those looking for a full-body workout.
