I visited Melissa Janes on 18th Oct. I never get my hair cut due to other hairdressers taking too much off or not enough; haven’t had my hair cut for about a year . When I arrived I was so nervous but greeted by a lovely lady on reception called Chloe, she got me a drink while I sat waiting for my 2pm app with Melissa. A girl called Courtney took me to get my hair washed and she gave the most soothing head massaged which calmed my nerves, making conversation and then refilled my drink bless her. Melissa came along to start cutting my hair and I explained to her how nervous I was etc and she was so kind and caring! Cutting little bits at a time telling me my hair was gorgeous. Then I got the real VIP treatment!!! Melissa and Chloe both blow dried my hair at the same time, again making conversation. To end with Melissa showed me my hair and I could’ve genuinely cried because how amazing she cut it !!! She even gave me a hug bless her. I will 100% be returning on my next hair cut!!! I’ve been to Melissa Janes a few times to get my eyebrows done with Beth and to use to sunbed but the vibe of the salon is amazing and all the girls are so wonderful !!!!!! More...

5* Went to Melissa Janes for the first time today and have booked in again with the same stylist for 8 weeks time . I Had a hair treatment , wash cut and finish . Kirsty did my hair and she was lovely . I walked in with it looking dry and dull and i left with it looking absolutely beautiful . It feels great too .
