Describe your creative process.
The truth about creativity is that it is just a process when you combine already known elements in a unique way. I'm just good at it because I was doing this all my life and enjoying it. I will help you to go through the process with my experience behind my shoulders with us :) I usually use WhatsApp to send the files to each other and constantly making updates by sending images and videos of the process to the client, so he or she can make adjustments.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Firstly, I would like to see some examples of Your footage and understand what goal You are trying to achieve (if it is not written in the task description).
Share files in a folder using Google Drive, or any other file hosting system ( like https://wetransfer.com/ ) and send the link back to me.
Giving me an example of a finished video (a style that inspires you, scenario, some sketches, drawings, anything that would help me understand the final image you want to achieve) would be a plus.
As a professional, I am giving my word and my reputation, that Your raw footage will not be used anywhere else and will maintain maximum privacy.

I like to communicate with people and control my time. I feel fulfilled when I help others to solve their creative problems.
