I would definitely recommend MCG for fitting a new boiler. Harry and his colleague were very friendly and easy to get in contact with, he was able to fit my new boiler within 5 days of contacting him which was much appreciated given how cold it was with a broken one! He was really transparent about the price and work needing done and gave a detailed quote. Work was carried out to a high standard and was really thorough, showed all the key features to me as well (as I honestly know nothing about boilers!). He wasn’t able to seal my flue same day as it was too high but he came back the next week to complete this and sent through my warranty. Compared to the other quotes I received it was a great price for the quality and service. I was at work during most of the installation but Harry was really accommodating in phoning my family members who I’d left in charge, letting them know times and details which was much appreciated. Just had a brand new boiler fitted by Harry and his team, fantastic from start to finish, came out straight away to give us a quote and ended up with 6 different options to give us a choice of what we wanted absolutely brilliant, harry also went out his way to work a Saturday shift to help us out, highly recommend this company and will definitely use again!

What can I say!!! Firstly thank you for outstanding service Harry really appreciated. Harry came out at agreed time and gave me a quote, I had already done my homework on different boilers and asked Harry his advice, Harry was spot on with his advice and left it up to me to choose my boiler which I did. I was struggling to get the baxi 830 I had decided to go for and Harry went out his road to locate one for me ( thanks again ) We agreed a date & time. Harry and his apprentice were there on time, Covered my stairs and got to work, The boiler was fitted same day, old boiler removed and collected from my front garden within 2 hours being removed by his team. I would recommend MCG 💯 that much so I cannot wait to get new radiators fitted in near future by Harry & team. Once again thanks for sound advice & service Harry 👌very much appreciated… Ps.
