Excellent BMW specialists and by far the best service I have received with engineers who know what they are doing and can spot a problem straight away and know exactly what to do to fix it which is very rare these days. Outstanding service as per usual, had an issue with our BMW cabrio where the boot would not close properly meaning the roof would not operate. My bmw failed its mot on a broken coil spring and being new to Birmingham i found mbm online, the reviews were good and so i booked my car with them. i have to say i was not disappointed. The receptionist on the phone was very friendly, and when i arrived everything was ready. They also accommodated me straight away when i requested that i have no where else to go and had no choice but to wait for the works to be completed.After the job was done the mechanic came and advised me of what he had done which i thought was very good and reassuring.Their price was also very competitive, overall i am very satisfied and hence this positive review.Thank you MBM More...

Went in with worn brake pads. This was confirmed by the mechanic "mo". What he did do that was out the ordinary was advise me when to change my drums, stating that some are in very good condition whereas other garages may try to add them on. The gaffer at MBM also gave me advice on possible works coming up on my F-series such as timing belt etc. Customer service was on point and will go back for future works. WOW! This place is amazing, the customer service is out of this world, I don't think I've ever been so well greeted before, as I literally just turned up on their doorstep.
I've been having multiple issues with my Mini One, after taking it to one garage having it "✌" sorted only to find I just wasted my time and money and then being told "we only deal with VW , I thought I best just try a specialist, though I was panicking it'd break the bank being a specialist garage. I was amazed at how quick they managed to get my car sorted, they had the part delivered in the hour and wasn't even much more than i paid the first time. AMAZED.
I'm a female driver with my first car, and alot of garages take advantage of that and over price etc, but MBM break down the cost to show what you're actually paying for. They don't just go ahead without your permission and go through with the work, they actually sit you down and discuss, which I found extremely professional and by far the most professional garage I've ever seen.
I'll be seeing them all the time now as they do full services and mot. Happy I've found my go to garage
