Alistair and his team responded to our emergency email sent on a Saturday night within a matter of an hour.
He made an appointment to come the next morning (Sunday) to assess the damages.
We had just taken ownership of a new property two days previous and the horrors that we discovered were such that we were advised to seek a professional opinion.
Immediately Alistair set out to explain in great detail the damages as he recorded them.
He rearranged his scheduling due to the emergency and started the next morning.
We are today so thankful for Alistair’s advice, his standard of work and his ability to complete the work in a very timely manner.
