We moved house in early March 2021 and MasonMoves was a great choice to help us with that move. Wayne responded quickly to our enquiry and gave us a quote which we felt was very reasonable. We received a text confirmation the day before the move that Wayne and his team would be coming at the agreed time of 9:30am. They came with a large van and 3 men - including Wayne and they worked swiftly, cleanly and carefully -avoiding damage to either decor or furniture. They were always pleasant throughout the day and we were finished and installed in our new home by 4pm.

MasonsMovesBristol Limited are the best removal company I’ve ever worked worked with.
Their prices are unbeatable, very affordable and reasonable.
Their good customer care began from the day we accepted the quote until the the move was completed.
They were punctual, friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. They had face covering and followed the covid guidelines.
We had a stress free move because of these guys.
I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a stress free move from a reliable and a professional company.

Wayne and his two sons turned up on time and carried out our move totally stress free. They were all extremely polite, helpful and utterly professional at all times. I would recommend them 100%

They arrived early, the job was worse than previously thought, Wayne and his crew dutifully got on with it even tho some it was not nice. I recommend Wayne, nice guy.

It was fantastic moving my things with Masonmove. As soon as I posted the job, I immediately received an email from the company and the phone call. I got from the very beginning of the phone call the best offer and availability compared to the others followed later on,a sense of professionalism and kindness as well as reassurance about the high value of good in transit insurance coverage, let alone the public liability coverage since I kindly requested to be a passenger on the van as well. The van is also of considerable size, allowing for the move of at least an average whole property’s furniture and not just one room like mine. Loading and unloading was included in the offer so was included the help with loading and unloading of the goods. During the two hour drive there was also a friendly chat that gave the feeling that time ran too quickly upon arrival from Bristol to Plymouth. More...

I couldn’t be happier with Mason Moves Bristol, Man With A Van, Bristol & Bath the lads came in to mine nice and early as requested so I could get to work, they had no trouble in fitting in my huge pile of shrubbery which was three trees and some fence panels!
