What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Ideally we would need a brief that explains exactly what the client requires. Along with any links and references to similar projects in the marketplace. Always willing to work with the client on developing the brief, so that they understand more about what they need.
What do you love most about your job?
We love working with independent free thinking clients, that are willing to push the boundaries and do what it takes, to reach the right audience with the biggest impact possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked "agency side" for around 5 years, working for some of the best and well known creative agencies in the UK. Including McCann Erikson, Oglivy, AKQA and Grey. But soon realised that the client was losing out from dealing with the Account Managers who would bastardise and miscommunicate between the client and us, the creative team. On top of the fact that the agency would be charging astronomical margins on-top of the work that I myself was 100% producing. From the ideas, to drafts and deliverables. So in 2015, I set up for myself and have slowly built a small team of worldclass talent, cutting out the middle man and speaking open and freely with the client, getting better results for half the budget.

All our services our provided online and remotely, but always more than happy to meet up face to face to talk through ideas, mock ups, or any revisions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Throughout the pandemic we had to cancel all face to face meetings and use Zoom instead. Which works well to be fair as we can share screens and discuss revisions / amends quickly and effectively.
