What do you love most about your job?
It is a privilege to be a part of someone's journey of change and growth. To be able to support, guide, encourage, challenge, empower and ultimately be on hand to help facilitate somebody achieve their own dreams and goals to have personal fulfillment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in education for the majority of my career and aside from the obvious responsibilities of a senior leadership role, a significant amount of my time was actually spent professionally coaching and mentoring. Over time, it became the aspect of my career that I enjoyed the most, so in December 2021 I decided to live my own daring dream and set up my own business as a professional coach. In April 2022, Mapleleaf Vision was founded.

Put simply, I help unfulfilled people who feel lost and stuck at a crossroads to discover their right path so that they can finally have the courage to live a life they love.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a senior school leader at the time the pandemic hit, I was responsible for changing the entire way education took place in my school in ways never before seen in the history of the profession! Now, I am fully versed in Covid-compliant regulations. As a Mapleleaf Vision coach, I am offering an online service to enable anyone to access services within their own environment. For clients who prefer face to face coaching, I will offer options as to where to meet and the extent of their preference regarding face coverings, distance and contact. Everyone is individual - I respect all personal choices to help clients feel at ease.
