Talk about service! We were recommended MacGregor roofing through a Facebook group. As out of towners that are looking to relocate to Dundee we decided to reach out to the community and MacGregor roofing was suggested. They were the first to fly out to our newly bought property and take a look at our roof and deduce the problem, within an hour of our call. David, I believe; and his team were very polite and professional and recommended the best course of action for us. A few days later we received a call to say the job was done and took photos of the finished work. The cost was very reasonable as it was covered by a 15 year guarantee. We had scheduled in a repair to our roof due to a few slates coming off due to the recent storms and David had came over to give us a quotation and to survey the roof. It seemed like we were dealing with a professional company and the service we had from David was very good. We were going to give the go ahead this morning and typed in MacGregor Roofing into Facebook to get the telephone number. My wife and I seen a post from David whom I believe is the owner that had tagged MacGregor roofing and in that post was a message belittling David’s former employers and then using that platform to promote their own business. We do not feel that this is professional in the slightest and do not feel that this represents the David that came over to our house.
