MAC roofing

I made contact with Mac roofing for a small Job. they agreed to look at the job and spoke to our customer. They then decided to ignore all phone calls and emails. Would not recommend.

After Storm Eunice did her worst we discovered we needed a new roof, we found Mac Roofing on Bark and proceeded to contact Michael, we were slightly apprehensive about paying a deposit to someone who we didn’t know but as it turned out we needn’t have been.
Michael and his team we found to be enthusiastic & professional, nothing was too much trouble and we now have a very nice new roof, all done within the timescale he promised.

Storm Eunice caused DS amage t poo the roof is of my Chapel. MAC roofing came to sort it out. I asked Michael for a quote to strip, refelt and reslated the entire roof. His quote was reasonable so I decided to proceed. I was concerned about paying an upfront deposit to someone I had never dealt with before, but I need not have been. Michael and his team showed up and did a fantastic job on my roof. The whole team did their work in a professional and friendly way, tidying up as they went along.
As I said, I didn't know of MAC roofing until storm Eunice. I have no hesitation in recommending MAC roofing to do a first class job at a very reasonable price. Thank you Michael and all your team. You put your customer first and I appreciate that.

Macavoy replaced our flat roof in November 2021 but a few days later water leaked through the roof onto our landing. After several days of him trying to repair the leaking he had to completely replace the lead. Since then he has agreed to repair the damage to decorations on the landing but after several chasing up messages in March he gave us about an hour’s notice that he was bringing a decorator to look at the work. It took him a month (and after having to chase him) to say the decorator could not do the work. He then said someone else would call the same evening. By this time we were fed up with his prevarication and decided to have the decorating repairs done ourselves. We have sent the cost of redecoration to him but with no recompense and very little contact from him. It has taken 5 months to get him to pay up for damage he caused! I regret paying up on receipt of his invoice and should have waited. His has no customer care skills. More...
