M&A Deal Platform founders met while studying at Cass Business School and concluded that SME M&A was ready to be disrupted by a digital M&A platform that offered a better service for lower cost, accelerated the sales process, and reduced the overhead of M&A.
Six months later they launched the world's first M&A Digital Platform, enabling sellers and buyers to review, negotiate and complete transactions in record time.
