We had the enormous pleasure of working with Lynda as she was our interior designer when we moved into our new flat. We knew from the start that the place as we originally bought it lacked style and personality, and we also knew it had great potential.
Yet, we did not really know where to start or how to turn our ideas into a tangible project without having to spend millions.
From our very first meeting with Lynda, she understood right away what we liked, our vision and budget. She spent a good amount of time creating vision boards for us and took into consideration every piece of feedback we gave her. Once we had a specific plan for what we needed, she was very proactive at sending us options for different pieces of furniture aligned with our style and budget. Although Lynda always adapted her suggestions to our taste, she also challenged us where we needed to considered different ideas - and we are really happy to have listened to her!
She was super accommodating with our timings and even helped us by receiving some furniture deliveries for us. Her communication is impeccable and she really made it evident that she genuinely kept our best interest in mind at all times.
Given how happy we are with the end result, we will be thrilled to work with Lynda again in the future and are very happy to recommend her services.

What’s your interior design process?
BRIEF:
The starting point for every project I carry out is to establish a positive connection to the client and project by sharing ideas and developing trust, through open and friendly discussion. During the briefing stage, I take time to learn about how the client wishes to use the property, their personal style and lifestyle. I build a picture of the project through a site visit or floor plans and photographs as well as ensure that I understand all factors such as time scale, budget and any structural requirements.
After this thorough briefing stage a proposal is sent to the client outlining the brief as I understand it, with an estimated budget for any furniture & fixings and my design fee.
CONCEPT:
The concept designs consist of floor plans illustrating the proposed furniture layouts and any structural changes that may be required and mood board presentations containing samples of all proposed finishes as well as imagery of suggested furniture and joinery concepts. This is a very collaborative stage in which clients should give as much feedback as possible to ensure I are on the right page.
DETAIL:
All final finishes, furniture, joinery and interior architecture drawings will be presented for clients approval. I will also present a fully itemised breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget.
DELIVERY:
I will keep the client updated throughout the delivery of the project.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in interior design since graduating in 1994 and worked for various different companies After having my children I was motivated to set up my own company and haven't looked back since!

I work closely with clients from concept to completion, managing every aspect of a project in order to deliver unique, creative and elegant interiors on time and tailored to individual needs. E-Design
This is a great option for clients near or far looking for a professional design look but are able to implement it themselves. Communication is all done by email and telephone making this option quick, simple & affordable. On average the cost per room is around £300-£500. All designs are unique & tailored to your style, space and budget. Should you descide to proceed, you will receive the following:
Design board - showing furniture, fabrics, paint colours, fittings & accessories and how they all work together.
Floor plan - showing the arrangement of the furniture
Shopping list - for all items shown and tailored to your budget
