LSK Martial Arts & Fitness

I joined Team LSK on the very first session in Rothwell and haven’t missed a week since (other than lockdowns of course). I attend mainly the Desborough/Rothwell and Market Harborough sessions weekly . The trainers are extremely motivational and friendly and full of encouragement and skill! I come from a boxing background so kickboxing was a little different for me but I have adapted well with the help of Luke and Sam and can’t thank them enough. The kickboxing sessions are great fun and have the perfect mix of fitness and techniques. The box fit session in Harborough is a real burner too! I would recommend anyone to try a session no matter what ability as the sessions are always adapted to suit everyone and have a great mix of attendees. More...

Attended my first box fit class this week and thoroughly enjoyed it. We got straight in to it and maintained the intensity throughout. I'll definitely be returning.
