Charlie was hired to clean my patio from paint, iron stain and make the patio look new. I was told by Charlie he will make my patio brand new. He did wash the patio but the paint, stain mark, algae, black spots, all remained same. I told him I am not happy with the quality then he threatened me that he is going to bring rubbish and chemicals to my house and dump it here. I reported him and his company to the police in case if he do further damage in the property. He keeps asking for the money and he does not understand that he did not finish the job he was hired for!
