Would 100% recommend LockFit! Came home after a long day with my daughter and my key snapped in my door. Unfortunately my landlord was awful and didn’t get an engineer sent out the first time as promised. They finally contacted LockFit and Dale drove over an hour and half, arriving at 11pm, to get myself and my daughter back in to our home! hmmm. Misleading info on the website.. plain annoying to the point that it stopped me calling. 'No call out charge', which lets face it is simply added to the end cost. 'No VAT added on top' , when of course they have to charge VAT but they simply include it (as they should) but lets not make a song and dance about it and mislead potential customers by making it something it isn't. Had an issue late on Sunday and contacted the site via the WhatsApp option which was so easy and quick. From contact to arrival was less than 1hr, and considering it was late on a Sunday was fantastic. Cannot praise Lockfit enough. My lock had broken on my upvc patio door in the locked position, meaning I could not open it to get outside. Having checked a list of different locksmiths and reading the reviews, I chose LockFit. I could not have been more pleased. Hans came out the same day that I contacted him.
