I have only positive things to say about Leigh Fencing. Not only was Bob the first out to quote, he provided the best quote, and earliest start date. The 2 guys that came and completed the work were excellent, completing all work to a very high standard, very conscientious about my neighbours, and got everything done in just 2 days. Responded almost immediately to my bark request and came the same day to give a quote for my patio extension. Agreed to start the job on Monday 18th March at 8.
am. When nobody arrived by 08.30 I called Bob, he said he would call me back as he was driving. I called again at 09.30 and was told that the guys assigned to my job were on another job fitting fence panels and would not start until tomorrow. I guess my job was less important in the windy season than repairing fences but a call or text before I took a day off would have been appreciated. Poor attitude when I pointed this out, I then cancelled the job.

I’m sorry if you were let down when you expected fencers to attend your house. We as a company always keep customer records and contact customers prior to starting work. We had no record of this job & no entry in the diary because we were unaware of this job or any start date.

Bob has a 'can do' attitude and takes a lot of pride in his work which was refreshing to see. It wasn't an easy job due to access but he wasn't fazed by that and did an excellent job with my fence exceeding my expectations. I can't believe what a difference it makes to my garden.Bob and Miri also cleared up and taking all the mess away which is a problem for me.
