Hi Paul, Sorry to hear that you we did not meet your expectations. However, having looked into your project and spoke with our Engineers, we can confirm the following: - We have been chasing for 'critical' information to finalise your design for a number of days and have been unsuccessful in obtaining this KEY information. -We have even been in contact with your Architect to try and get that information from them directly. However, they were unable to assist as you had only paid for a basic drawing package. Due to the insufficient information and due to you being unable to obtain this is what led LME Structural Engineering to terminate this job. The engineers need a certain level of information to carry out their calculations and unfortunately our team didn’t receive what was needed to even begin designing your job. This was made clear to you on the phone on several occasions. We have the right to terminate jobs for any reason that would jeopardise the Company's Insurance Policy and/or if there are any other Health and Safety concerns that we might have or if there is insufficient information for us to proceed with a design safely which was the case on this occasion. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and hope you understand our decision. Good luck with your project! LME TEAM

LME Structural Engineering has reinstalled my faith in the Structural Engineering Industry and they would be the first and last company I would go to for support.

We suffered with failed promises from another company, who came out to look at the job and failed to provide calculations within 3 weeks, let alone 1 week. Plus, various other companies quoting absolutely ridiculous money for steel beam calculations (wall removal), fortunately LME got in touch with me via Bark.

Darryl, thank you. From the moment we spoke, I knew you would be true to your word. Within 24hrs we had a Structural Engineer to review the job at our home and just over 72 hours later, we had full calculations and drawings.

Shahrazad who visited our home was full of ideas! She was polite, professional and very thorough, taking time and care to speak to us in 'laymans terms', so we understood what the varying options were available to us. Shahrazad also turned up at the time we were promised and needless to say she was enthusiastic about the job. Thank you Shahrazad!
