Laura helped me to return to the playing field (rugby) after I broke and dislocated my ankle. I had it operated on and still have metal work in it now.
Laura took me step by step and progressed me on to increasing strength back in my leg to return to the field stronger and fitter then I was before.
She is fantastic with advice and very easy to get hold of if you need anything answered.

I can not reccomend Laura enough, professional, friendly and highly skilled Physio. I have used Laura personally for 2 years now, playing international sport and powerlifting i pick up more than the occassional injury but Laura has never failed to put me back together. Skilled and knowledgeable, she gets to the root of the issue and treats the issue effectively meaning im always back on my feet much quicker!

As a Strength Coach and Personal Trainer i have always referred my clients to Laura for rehab, massage and other treatments such as accupuncture.
