I love my job as an architect. As a small practice, I provide a dedicated one-on-one customer continuous architect service that larger practices are unable to provide, specializing in house extensions, home offices, house remodeling, one-off housing, and small commercial buildings. It is my aim to advise and direct my clients through all stages of design, estimated construction costs, planning, building control, and construction. My greatest strength as an architect is creating design solutions that achieve planning approvals that did not seem possible. I have roughly 90% success. No matter how small a project is it can change a client's home for the better and increase its value. We have been through a pandemic where our homes became ground zero. Now is the time to improve our homes in preparation for any future potential lockdowns.
