People like the way I work and advice them about a certain issue and always said that I could do the job with my eyes closed and that I would do a great job.

Rodent Control
Sometimes all you need is a three part intensive to solve the issue.But there are times where this doesn't happen and will need a contract.A three-part is a visit once a week for three weeks.The technician will carry out a small survey to find signs of activity i.e track marks, gnawing. This well help to find where most activity is taking place and type of bait and bait stations to use.We tend to verify the bait on each visit and on the last we proof of holes to reduce entry points into the property.
Insect Control
Three part intensive over three weeks ( visit once a week).Tenants will not be allowed in the property while treatment is being carried out and will not be able to enter the site for a minimum of an hour to four hours.Tenants will have to carry out prep work before the technician arrives has this will resort to the treatment not taking place or treatment not being carried out properly and insect return.
Humane and brake backTraps
Depending on rodent humane traps and brake traps can be used please be aware these types of traps will need to be check at least once in every 12 hrs.Humane trap anything caught in these traps is not to be released by law depending on the rodent.Brake back traps are very powerful traps and none trained people should leave well alone.
