I help individuals craving for professional and career development, who at the same time want to maintain a balance with self-awareness, so they can grow and gain confidence without sacrificing own well-being.
I am particularly interested in helping people struggling with chronic illnesses, who may be forced to re-think their work commitments, who feel helpless with fulfilling their duties (work-wise, family-wise, health-wise) and at the same time want to focus on understanding better themselves and their needs (body and mind).
