Cheap and cheerful hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, staff at the front desk were friendly and polite and the breakfast was decent. All in all a decent hotel for when you're in Birmingham. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I knew that I wanted to help others from the time I was a child. Inspired by the resilience, strength, and endurance of children with special needs, I chose to follow my heart and pursue a career in coaching, caring for, and guiding the lives of these remarkable human beings.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As my experience in the mental health and emotional wellness field grew, I realised that it wasn't just mothers who were experiencing these crippling bouts of stress. It became clear that men and women across all spectrums of life were suffering in silence from the enormous emotional impact of stress. After researching chronic stress's physical and mental implications, I pursued additional certifications, diplomas, and degrees to help others reclaim their lives and manage their daily stress.
Why should our clients choose you?
Through Saima Latif Stress Management Coaching, I provide crucial, comprehensive, and customized emotional support and practical guidance designed to improve the lives of women throughout the world. With online and in-person sessions available, it is my mission to provide women with the tools they need to reclaim their lives, improve their health, and experience all the joy they truly deserve.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I provide service remotely. Call or write today to set up your free complimentary discovery call.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide service remotely online via Zoom. I provide agreement and evaluation forms online and other tools to help the client measure their progress, which I provide via Apple/Android apps.
