What do you love most about your job?
It has enabled me to do what I love to provide the support I didn't have, to help my clients reach their potential more efficiently and with more comprehensive support than I had.
I do this because I understand the feeling of being stuck, uncertain of which direction to take. There's nothing more rewarding to me than seeing my clients take decisive steps toward achieving the success they both deserve and desire.
Moreover, the impact of this work extends beyond individual accomplishments. The ripple effect it has on the lives and communities around us is profound and far-reaching.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’m a passionate and dedicated leader who has navigated the highs and lows both at home and at work.
My journey has been filled with invaluable experiences, each one teaching me about the resilience and determination required to succeed.
However, it was the lack of coaching and guidance during critical moments that highlighted a gap I knew needed to be filled. That realisation is why I started my business, Leaderize. Leaderize is more than just a company; it's my life commitment to empowering leaders.
It's enabled me to do what I love offer the support I didn't have, to help my clients reach their potential more efficiently and with greater support than I did.

Coaching sessions are scheduled for 1 hour. A session will be defined by the scheduled date and time of the session. The client has the discretion to use the entire hour or part of the hour. However, each schedule session will be considered complete regardless of if the full hour is completed.
NB. CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT to be Signed Prior to starting.
