Lee turned up on time, was clear with what needed done and sent videos showing the work needed. He then did the work and sent a second video and some photos of the final job. :-)

I hired Lee to come to the house to clean and inspect my gutters as there clearly was a problem. In the end, we replaced two. Lee was incredibly responsive and such a nice guy to work with. From the time I logged onto Bark and asked for roof repairs companies, Levi Butler of LB Roof Repairs was one of the first to contact me. I was very concerned about a roof leak in a 3 storey building as I am overseas at present. Levi said he would visit in the morning and advise me what he could do. True to his word he arrived at the property and saw what needed doing. At first he said that the roof was beyond repair which I agreed with. But as I needed a temporary solution he advised me what he could do and gave me a quote. I gave him the go ahead and he has completed the works. I give him 10/10 for everything and would give more if I possibly could!

Very quick to respond, to provide a quote and do the repair to our gutter. Also pointed out (sadly) that the rest of the gutter and faschia boards require replacement at some point.

We had two jobs done by LB roofing: 1) a new roof and 2) a roof repair. Both were done quickly and efficiently and at a very good price. I am very impressed by the quality of the work, the tilling, pointing, flashing, gutting and fascia etc., are all outstanding finishes. All the work was thoroughly explained, and all the different options were explored in an open a trustworthy manner. I am very pleased that LB Roofing did this work for us. They were the quickest to respond to our initial inquiries and one of just a handful who made a site visit first, climbing up our full three storeys and thoroughly examining the work to do. They helped us understand the different costs at the start and kept us informed of the progress with a host of photographs. This was very reassuring through all stages of the work, since lots or work was hidden from our view. Quiet and knowledgeable, would use again for sure

Had some holes in roof that needed repairing, job done quick and efficiently, very polite and explained exactly what needed doing before taking on job, will use again when needed.

First to respond and get in to give me a quote on a leaky Victorian roof. Sent pictures and videos to show the issues and solutions.

Very quick response to initial request for a quote and very helpful and knowledgable to sort out the necessary repairs with minimal fuss.

They arrived on time,showed what was needed to be done,work agreed,and quickly completed.

Rapid response to my request, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it. Left the site clean and tidy.
